The staff, especially at the 24-hour front desk, were friendly and accommodating throughout our visit. the free shuttle service to the Haram was a convenient feature, though finding the bus for the return journey could be a bit challenging at times. the rooms were clean and comfortable, equipped with all the essentials including air conditioning, flat-screen TV, fridge, and kettle. the proximity to popular attractions like Hira Cave, Makkah Mall, and Arafat made exploring the area hassle-free. the concierge service was helpful in arranging our transportation to nearby sights. Overall, a great choice for a comfortable and well-located stay in Makkah. I look forward to returning on my next trip.
